In 2015, Emanuel Germanis founded Evolution Property Group, laying the foundation for what would become Revo Group. The business was born out of his frustration with persistent gaps he observed throughout his career in financial services and estate planning. While clients received sophisticated advice on financial products, real estate - often their largest asset - lacked strategic direction. The process was fragmented, marketing undifferentiated, and the industry outdated in its systems and communication. Most concerning was the absence of consistent professionalism in an asset class so closely tied to people’s wealth and life decisions. In late 2016, Stefan Germanos and Matthew McWilliams joined Emanuel to address these challenges. Together, they began building a modern, technology-driven real estate group focused on innovation, integration, and excellence across the entire property value chain.
